I’m Shinjini Amitabh Chawla,
Bride to Be newlywed. I used to be a full-time Consultant in the big bad corporate world, but now I’m a full-time wedding blogger!
I got married in 2012 on a beautiful, crisp October evening in New Delhi. In the months leading up to my wedding, I started this blog as a place to collect all the cool wedding ideas and inspiration I came across. Of course, it also became a place where I chronicled the memories of a lifetime – those of a bride-to-be.
Now I run this wedding blog full-time. It’s frequently updated with all sorts of wedding planning tips, trousseau shopping ideas (where to buy what from), wedding vendor reviews and even ways to get in shape for D-day (I turned into a big health & fitness freak right before my wedding)!
Head over to the Blog Guide to see the best of what this blog has to offer.
I try to cover pretty much everything wedding-related actually. Yes, I’ll even tell you when the next SALE is on (on the Sale Alerts page), or when I come across an awesome wedding venue! Just make sure you’ve liked the Facebook page to stay on top of all the wedding scoop.
Well, carry on then. Start reading up!

hi there !! my distant cousin bro’s marriage is coming up in around 2 months. i’ve turned 18 recently. n i actually wanna look my best that day ^_^
i want to wear a lehnga on the wedding day. but i absolutely HATE bling >_< i dont like even a bit of them in my attire. i'm looking for very very light & simple lehnga with a pretty color. i live near delhi. so i'll shop from delhi only. Can u plz suggest me some destinations where i can find 'my thing'. BUT, my budget is not much. bargaining is my thing 😉
it would be very kind of you if you suggest me some really good markets or shops where they sell cute & simple lehngas wich are not really expensive.
thenxx in advance ^_^

I am getting married in december. I wanted to prepare a makeup kit for myself, but i am really lost when it comes to what all to include in that kit. I am not a big fan of makeup, but would want to have a very detailed kit. Can you please suggest what all to include in the kit? Also, please let me know which brand would be a good pick for which product.
