First of all, thank you to everyone who participated in the very first giveaway ever on thedelhibride – all 24 of you! 🙂 That includes the boys!
Some of you shared such personal details about your love life, about making it through long-distance relationships and about honeymoons that were never taken when they should’ve been. I’m amazed at how much each and everyone of you has gone through, all in the name of love! Love really does make the world go ’round, hunh?
Nevertheless, there can be only one winner. I was looking for someone who really needed the helper, who would benefit most from getting BattleTrip to create a custom-made trip for them. Someone whose needs could not be fulfilled by a travel agent or a guide book. Because they were looking for something different. An off-beat kind of honeymoon.
As I narrowed down my list to 7 potential people who could win, I had a hard time choosing the final one. When I finally did, I realised she’s the fiancee of one of the remaining 6 on that list!

Yay!! Thank you so much TDB :). You have no idea how thrilled i am to have won this contest and to be able to now get our honeymoon itinerary planned by battle trip experts! One less thing to worry about during our wedding planning phase! Ur blog is turning out to be such a great help during my wedding trousseau shopping and other related plannings and now ur giveaway is going to help me in my honeymoon planning as well! Yuhooooo !! :).
PS: I got so excited when i scrolled down on your page and then read my name as the winner! I couldn’t stop smiling (read: jumping!). (Although Mehul had already called me to inform that i had won the giveaway and he was so happy about it .)

Married couples: Battletrip or no Battletrip you guys should def take a break from your busy schedules and take a vacation with you better half! Save your entries/comments (the one you wrote for this contest) and make them your desktop/tablet/phone wallpaper and every time you pick them up (which wll be like N number of times during a day!) remind yourself about how much you need and deserve to be on a vacation spending some alone time with the love of your life . GO plan that vacation now ! 🙂
