When I was researching makeup artists before my wedding, I wish someone had given me a guide on how to handle the whole Wedding Makeup situation. A lot of us are complete novices when it comes to makeup, and the only resource we have to learn all about it is Google. While there are plenty of makeup blogs out there (I highly recommend all brides learn the basics of makeup through these websites), I wanted a go-to guide tailor-made for brides, with pointers on how to navigate through the world of makeup artists and draping and facials.
Well, you know I won’t let you suffer the same fate as I did. So I put together everything I learnt from my own wedding, and did a very special guest post on IndianRoots.com – The Ultimate Wedding Makeup Guide: Pre-Wedding Homework. This is part 1 of the series.
Edit: The website has since shut down, so I’ve freshened up the content and published it on the Urbanclap Weddings blog (and updated the link above!)

Hi,
I booked Ambika pillai ( punjabi bagh ) Junior mua for my engagement and senior for mua for my wedding in Coming November however now they called to say they are shifting their salon at pitampura in oct end which would be too far for me…..i was not informed about this while making the bookings
Can somebody please tell me if the Ambika saloon at Rajouri is good or not and would it be a good decision to shift my booking from Punjabi bagh to Rajouri Garden salon ?
